Simply Smoked Salmon


We brine our carefully curated fresh Atlantic salmon in a saltwater bath packed with fresh herbs and spices then smoke-roast it in small batches over North American pecan wood. The end result is an aromatic, well-balanced smokiness that supports the salmon’s rich natural flavor.

Good for 45 days refrigerated, 3 months if frozen.
